The SOFA CHAIR FLORENCE KNOLL first created immediately became an iconic hit when it was launched and was a huge success, so much so that we have taken the opportunity of creating our own retro reproduction model of this classic modernist piece. As a furniture designer she was one of the few women who really made an impact in a world which was dominated by men. She did however leave an indelible mark on what was to be a radical change in the concept of interior design in the last century. Certainly, the SOFA CHAIR FLORENCE KNOLL created and most of the designs which emanated from this talented designer and her husband Hans were easily able to switch from modern chic to functional form without any loss of character.

The name Florence Knoll is only used to describe the characteristics of the goods made to the original design, and not as a trade mark.
